Q. Where can I purchase Yuneec Extended Service?

Yuneec Extended Service (YES!) Plans are available directly from Yuneec by phone or online. YES! Plans are also available at many local retailers.

Q. I already have a Yuneec product, can I purchase a YES! Plan?

YES! Plans may be purchased for up to 90 days after the covered item was purchased. Yuneec is also proud to announce that existing customers are eligible to purchase YES! plans for any units currently under manufacture warranty. Existing customers who purchased a drone from August 8, 2016 until now are able to purchase a YES! plan until November 8th, 2017.

Q. What products are eligible for Yuneec Extended Service?

Yuneec is proud to offer YES! Plans for the Typhoon H, Typhoon H with RealSense, and the Breeze 4K.

 

Q. Where can I get my drone repaired with my YES! Plan?

Yuneec has authorized repair facilities accross the United States and Canada. Please contact Customer Care to arrange repair services.

Q. When is my plan active?

YES! Plans are active from the purchase date of the covered drone.

Q. Are YES! Plans transferrable?

Once activated, Yuneec Extended Service Plans follow the unit for which they are activated. If you purchase an item with a Yuneec Extended Service Plan we will be more than happy to offer you the same service options for the duration of the plan.

 

Q. How do I receive my discount?

Any YES! Plan that is completely unused is eligible for a discount. All unused two (2) year plans are eligible for a 30% discount on the purchase of a Yuneec UAV. All unused one (1) year plans are eligible for a 20% discount on the purchase of a Yuneec UAV. This discount will be provided via e-mail to the registered plan owner at the completion of the eligible plan.

Q. How long do I have to use my discount?

All YES! Plan related discount codes are valid for six (6) months from the issue date.

 

Q. Where can I view my plan information?

YES! Plan holders can view their plan information via the online customer portal. Simply login to your account and select the "YES! Service Plan" tab.

Q. I don't see my YES! Plan on my account page.

First, ensure that you have activated your plan. If your plan is activated and you still don't see it, contact Yuneec Customer Care via email at CS@YuneecUSA.com or by phone at (844) 898-6332. Please provide your contact and plan information so our Customer Care can locate your plan and customer account.
