If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s), we're here to help.
You have 10 calendar days to return for refund or exchange an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and new condition and your item must be in the original packaging. In the case of aircraft and/or skateboards, the product must not have been flown or ridden. Flight logs and internal data from any returned aircraft will be reviewed to confirm. All items are subject to inspection before the issuance of any refund or exchange. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Yuneec Extended Service (YES!) plans are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after we have inspected the returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your item returned for exchange. We will notify you on the status of your exchange after we have inspected the returned item(s). If your exchange is approved, we will place an order for the requested items in exchange. You will receive notice once the replacement order is processed for shipment.
The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges.Orders submitted for items currently in stock are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders are not processed on weekends and only ship and deliver on business days (Monday-Friday). Please allow for additional days in processing and shipping during peak periods. Yuneec USA ships to addresses within the US and Canada. International orders beyond Canada must be placed through our Order Support team at 844.343.9966 on a prepaid basis. Yuneec USA is not responsible for payment of Customs, Duties, and Taxes on international shipments. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your choice of UPS or FedEx can be selected during checkout. Expedited delivery is offered through UPS for an additional cost.
Estimated delivery times for each carrier and service level are based on the days an order is in possession with the carrier and in transit. These estimations are based on the distance between the shipping location and the delivery address.

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number on the email to be active.
